General Description
08:00 am we start this tour to the upper part of the island by land transport, where the bicycles will be waiting for us.
Our guide will give all the indications about the terrain, the fauna to observe and the precautions to take, since above all, safety is of utmost importance.
The tour starts from the Santa Rosa parish, crossing agricultural farms, sighting of cattle, and surprisingly land turtles along the way, approximately 1 hour until we reach the western area where we will make a detour to enter our first point called “Tantum”; because here we will be received by Mr. Mario Piu, owner and visionary of this beautiful farm with the aroma of coffee.

We will have a tour of approximately 1 hour, knowing each process and stage to obtain the delicious coffee, what makes it more interesting is the interaction in each process.
We will have the opportunity to taste coffee in different roasts accompanied by a delicious snack, to recharge energy and continue our adventure.
We take the bikes and continue to the main road to continue to the second point, a beautiful parish called Bellavista, where we have time to hydrate ourselves or simply advance to the stop where the transport waits for us to take us to the “Brewery” craft brewery.
Here we will be welcomed by our hostess Vivi, we will learn about the history of the “Brewery”, and above all live the experience of being part of each process of craft brewing in this small but great factory, tasting the different types of beverages, going through storage refrigeration chambers, and finally choosing the drink of your choice.
This tour will take approximately 1 hour
After this excursion, a delicious lunch awaits us in the highlands of Santa Cruz Island.
15:30 Return to Puerto Ayora thus concluding the day’s activities.
