Hydroponic Farm + Garrapatero Kayaking Route
Live a quality agrotourism experience, first hand, guided by its founder Romer; a tour of the farm, immersing yourself in the endemic flora and fauna and learning about the hydroponic cultivation processes to obtain a quality product.
Hotel pick-up
We will make a transfer by land transport to go to the high zone of Santa Cruz Island, "Finca Ochoa", located on the way to the sweet potato, an agricultural zone at 480 meters above sea level.

The guide will tell you about the activities to be done.
We will make a tour in the dense and beautiful vegetation Galapagueña, knowing:
- Reforestation projects.
- Clean agriculture.
- Hydroponics with Nutritional Salts.
- The time of planting and harvesting (according to the activities of the day), experiential experience either in planting a scalesia or harvesting Arabica coffee, etc.
- Tasting of "select" organic coffee, special to the palate, accompanied by a delicious snack.
Security Talk
Equipment test, delivery of bicycles, and start the descent to a first point, village called "El Cascajo", Lojana community, here will be the place to hydrate whoever requires it, and continue the descent of 45min to 1 hour with strategic stops to appreciate turtles along the way, and panoramic views of dream.
10:30 amArrival at the entrance of the beach "El Garrapatero".
Here you will receive the bicycles, and we will take a 15 minute walk to reach the white sandy beaches of the "Garrapatero", for our next activity.
11:30 amSafety talk by the guide
We test the equipment, hand out kayaks and life jackets, and begin to skirt the beaches near the main beach to observe sea turtles, white-tipped sharks, birds such as Darwin's finches.
