Española Island Galapagos Tour
One day prior to the visit at the meeting point “agency”, the guide will meet with the passenger to give him/her some instructions and information for our Spanish Island Galapagos Tour.
The next day, our assistant will pick you up from your hotel to meet the group and the guide at 7:30 am at the Puerto Baquerizo dock, where you will begin the adventure with a 2-hour navigation (approx.) to Española Island.

Tour Details
- Location: The southeast end of the archipelago, considered one of the oldest in the archipelago. It is located two hours southwest of the port of San Cristobal.
- Difficulty Level: Moderate - A two-hour hike over rough terrain and open water snorkeling.
- 14:30 pm Return to San Cristobal / 16:30 pm Arrival.
Stop 1
Punta Suarez, the disembarkation point and the starting point of a 2-hour hike.
Along the way you will see some of the most emblematic species of Galapagos: the Galapagos Albatross (only during the mating season from March to January), Blue-footed Booby, Nazca Boobies (which nest there) and the colorful Española Iguanas.
Stop 2
After this hike through the rocky trails and beautiful view, we will return to the boat to sail to Gardner Islet.
It is here that we get ready with the snorkeling equipment (mask and fins) to explore the waters of Gardner Bay to swim with sea lions, Galapagos sharks, colorful fish and marine iguanas.
After the snorkeling activity, we will return to the boat where a delicious lunch awaits us.
